Celebrating Success: Link Spaces Wins Best New Regional Flex Space 2024!

On October 24th, all eyes turned to The Underglobe in London, where Flex and The City hosted its highly anticipated inaugural Awards Night. In partnership with D&B specialists MWA, this landmark event brought together over 350 industry leaders, including the UK’s top flex operators and brokerages, for an unforgettable celebration of innovation and excellence in the flex workspace sector.

The evening marked the culmination of a year of hard work and creativity, as the flex industry’s brightest stars gathered to toast the achievements that have driven growth, disruption, and innovation. Sponsored by leading names like Cubo, NewFlex, Clockwise, Beyond, Beaumont, and Technology Within, the event celebrated the very best in the industry, with 12 prestigious awards recognizing outstanding contributions across the sector.

Rather than the traditional gala dinner, Flex and The City opted for a dynamic cocktail-style event. Guests enjoyed vibrant food stands, an open bar, and dazzling entertainment, including a Cirque du Soleil silk star and LED stilt walkers.

The awards were defined by a fair and transparent voting process: operators nominated their top brokers and agents, while brokers and agents cast their votes for standout operators. Additionally, five categories were open to public voting, with final decisions made by an esteemed panel of industry heavyweights:

Among the evening’s highlights, Link Spaces proudly took home the Best New Regional Flex Space 2024 award for our exceptional workspace, Link Spaces Botanica. Located on a stunning country estate near Slough, Botanica was recognized for its cutting-edge design, premium amenities, and functionality, adding unparalleled value to the UK’s flex workspace market.
