Christmas Toy Collection
With Christmas quickly flying towards us (apologies to those who were still trying to hide away from the festive spirit!) we are asking for your help!
We have teamed up with First Days Children’s Charity to collect toys for children this Christmas. First Days is a charity that supports children and families suffering financial hardship, and at Christmas, they find that they can be overwhelmed by the amount of people who cannot afford to buy their children toys or even essentials.
Currently, this Wokingham based charity is providing winter warmers to children and working with Wokingham Foodbank to run an affordable Community Supermarket.
We are asking those of you who can, to donate a toy to this wonderful charity! We have a box in reception ready for any donations. They can be (brand new) toys for any ages and include books. Any toys that require batteries, please provide batteries for them.
If you want to help but can’t afford to buy a brand-new toy, that’s not a problem! We know they would appreciate you taking a photo of the box and sharing it to your socials as they also have an Amazon Wishlist that anyone is welcome to donate to. If you do share it, please remember to tag them and us!
We understand not everyone can afford to donate this Christmas, or you may not celebrate Christmas yourself, but we will be grateful for any and all contributions to this wonderful charity.
