Payment occurs after the referred client completes 50% of their contract length with Link Spaces, within a maximum of 6 months from the contract’s start. To facilitate payment, Link Spaces requires the necessary tax information from the referrer, such as national insurance, UTR, or VAT registration details.
The Referral Scheme is open to all who recommend a Link Spaces Serviced Office or Coworking Membership. To qualify for the reward, the referred client must sign the required documentation for a minimum term of 3 months in the case of a Serviced Office and 1 month for Coworking. The referral form must be submitted and accepted before the referred client views the building to be eligible for the referral fee. The referred client should not have been associated with Link Spaces or its affiliated companies for the past 3 years, nor have viewed a Link Spaces building through a third-party agent or broker in the last 18 months.
In case of a dispute, Link Space’s decision will be final. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer, and Link Spaces reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions.
